He was born in 1970 in Hemşin district of Rize.

He continued his higher education at Nevşehir Tourism Management and Hotel Management School, which was affiliated with Erciyes University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at that time.

In 1995, he passed the national professional tourist guide exam opened by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, completed his education and received the English national professional translator-translator and tourist guide certificate.
He worked in the tourism sector for many years and carried out freelance commercial activities in the tourism sector at home and abroad.

Due to the projects and activities carried out for Visa-free European free movement rights for Turkish citizens, he was deemed worthy of the 'Honor Award' by reader votes in the "Stars of the Year" award competition organized by the monthly economic magazine Ekovitrin in 2012.

In Ekovitrin magazine, one of Turkey's first monthly Economy magazines; He wrote research and project columns on subjects such as agriculture, economy, tourism, promotion, European Union and politics.
